Quality Foods Return Policy

As a store who is committed to providing the finest quality products to our customers, we hope you will be completely satisfied with each and every purchase you make at Quality Foods. However, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. When that happens, we will gladly replace any unsatisfactory product. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on IGA brands and all perishable items (meat, deli, produce, bakery).

If a refund rather than a replacement is requested, a receipt must be provided.

If a receipt is not provided, store credit in the form of a Quality Foods gift card will be given for a return over $5.00.

Refunds or exchanges cannot be given on alcohol, tobacco products, gift cards, or unopened perishable products.

Please note: Store management reserves the right to deny any refund exchanges based on their discretion.

Accurate Scanning and Pricing Policy

Though we have confidence in our scanning accuracy and pricing, we understand that mistakes do happen and if you are overcharged, we will gladly:

· Give you a $1 SORRY coupon for the inconvenience and for bringing the error to our attention
