Directions:

Heat skillet over medium-high or electric griddle to 375 degrees; grease skillet or griddle if necessary.

Beat all ingredients in medium bowl, using wire whisk or hand beater, until well blended (batter will be thick). Pour batter by scant 1/4 cupfuls into hot skillet. Spread batter slightly. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown.

Garnish with additional yogurt and fruit if desired.
