Yield: Makes 4 1-cup servings.
In heavy 2-quart saucepan melt butter over medium heat (4 to 5 minutes). Add remaining ingredients except tomato. Cover; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisply tender (8 to 10 minutes). Add tomato wedges. Cover; let stand 1 minute or until tomatoes are heated through.
