Preparation Time: 10 minutes; Ready In: 45 minutes
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix together salad dressing, eggs and water until well blended. Stir in brownie mix, mixing until moistened. Coarsely chop two chocolate bars; stir into brownie mixture. Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from sides of pan. Immediately top with one chocolate bar, chopped. Let stand about 5 minutes or until melted; spread evenly over brownies. Garnish with walnut halves, if desired. Cool. Cut into squares.
