Yield: Makes 18 servings
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray and flour one 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Mix whole wheat flour, flour and baking soda together; add raisins. Add buttermilk and molasses; combine thoroughly. Pour into loaf pan. Bake 1 hour.
*No buttermilk? Substitute 2 tablespoons lemon juice and enough milk to make 2 cups.
