Yield: 5 cups
Coat a heavy skillet with nonstick cooking spray and cook the ground beef, onion and mushrooms over medium heat until the ground beef is well browned. Drain.
Add tomatoes, cheese spread and cream cheese. Stir over medium heat until the cheese is melted and well blended.
Serve with tortilla chips.
