Yield: about 12 servings
Toast bread slices. Whip softened cream cheese until creamy. Spread 3 slices of bread with cream cheese; sprinkle with pecans. Spread preserves on other 3 slices of bread and place on top of slices topped with cream cheese and nuts. Cut each sandwich into 4 fingers and place on serving tray.
