Whisk lemon juice with honey in a pitcher until dissolved. Add water; whisk until well blended.
Place 1 piece of fruit into each compartment of two ice cube trays. Fill each compartment with honey lemonade. Freeze until firm. Divide frozen fruit cubes between glasses; fill each with remaining lemonade.
