Place chips in a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate and set aside. Cook beef and onion in skillet over medium heat until beef is done; drain. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon beef over chips. Top with beans, tomato sauce and mozzarella. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for
15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
