Yield: 8-10 servings
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges. Place wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet. Spray wedges with cooking spray. Sprinkle with sugar cinnamon mixture. Bake 5-7 minutes until light brown and crisp. Remove chips to a wire rack to cool.
